Chef Alex Dodd

Chef Alex started cooking at the age of 9 in his mother's kitchen. 

​

He studied at Hinds Community College. 

He then worked himself up in the ranks in the kitchen. He rose from busboy to executive chef through an extension apprenticeship.

 

His experience is vast! 

He worked as a Corporate Culinary Trainer for Marriott Hotels, served as Executive Chef of Marriott in MS, and served as the Executive Chef at Capital City Club of Jackson.
